Payment Terms

Manù accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The charge will read: Manù.

All orders are 100% prepay.

Your card will be charged the full amount when you submit your order.

NY State sales tax will be charged based upon the delivery zip code.

International orders may be subject to duties and tariffs. These will be collected by the destination country’s customs office and payment will be the responsibility of the customer. Should a package be refused it will not be returned to the USA and the total invoiced amount will still be charged to the customer.

Shipping Details

All in stock shipments originate in NY state and will be insured and shipped via standard UPS ground. Upon request, packages can be sent via next day, second day air, or three day select for a surcharge, please inquire online at info@manumanu.com.

Please contact us by e-mail for quotes on international shipments. International orders may be subject to duties and tariffs. Should a package be refused it will not be returned to the USA and the total invoiced amount is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We accept returns of standard items within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us by e-mail for a call tag, which will be issued to you. Items to be returned must be unused, with their original tags and felt pouch. Upon receipt and inspection of the item your original credit card used for payment will be credited for the item price.

Custom items are made to order specifically for you to your specifications and cannot be returned. We are pleased to send you a leather swatch free of charge prior to your order (maximum of three swatches per item please). Please send your swatch request to info@manumanu.com.

Despite extreme care, damage can sometimes occur in shipping. We ask our clients to inspect each piece and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing, or refuse the piece. In either case, contact us and we will take steps to address the situation.

Damage claims must be made within 2 working days of receipt.
